This collaboration means a lot to me.

I see Anastasiia telling her story in a women’s magazine. Honestly, quietly, without exaggeration. Speaking about art, immigration, fear, growth, and the inner strength it takes to start over in a new country. And I clearly see my photographs there too, not as decoration, but as part of that story.

Anastasiia is a deeply thoughtful artist. Her works are powerful, emotional, and layered, even though at first glance she may seem very fragile. There is so much strength, honesty, and inner work behind what she creates. She is someone whose story deserves to be told and heard.

That is why I felt the need to create this photoshoot. Not just portraits, but a visual story. A story about transformation. About what a person goes through in immigration. About losing balance, searching, struggling, and slowly finding new ways to grow and move forward in a new country.

Watching Anastasiia’s journey inspires me deeply. The way she continues to grow, create, and evolve in a new environment reminds me why art matters so much. As a photographer and artist myself, I see parts of my own path reflected in hers. Her courage gives me courage too.

I believe this session is the beginning of something new in my creative work. A step toward deeper stories, more honest projects, and work that touches people and opens hearts.

Thank you, Anastasiia, for your trust and openness. I am very grateful for this collaboration, and I truly believe it is only the beginning.

There’s nothing more precious than capturing the first moments of life in the place where your family feels most at home. That’s why I love newborn lifestyle home sessions, especially when using natural light.

Natural light brings out the soft, organic feel that perfectly matches the tenderness of newborn moments. Whether it’s gentle sunlight streaming through a nursery window or the golden glow in the living room, every image feels timeless and real.

During these sessions, I focus on capturing genuine interactions — snuggles, tiny yawns, and the simple beauty of everyday life with your newborn. It’s not about the perfect pose, but the perfect connection. You’ll have the freedom to move around, cuddle, and just be yourselves in the space where your story is unfolding.

Interested in preserving these fleeting moments in a natural and authentic way? Let’s chat about creating beautiful memories for your family! 💕

Fifteen-year-old Lena contacted me by email to let me know that her family would be traveling to Malmö for two weeks in July.

Although I usually do photography in Copenhagen, I was thrilled at the opportunity to take on clients in Sweden and decided to go there. I planned to photograph them in the charming town of Skanör, as it is a stunning location, especially at sunset.

We first met in a meadow near the Falsterbo Lighthouse, where the view was absolutely breathtaking. We captured a few photos in front of the lighthouse before quickly heading to the opposite side of town, as the sun was about to set.

Skanör beach exceeded all my expectations. Two small restaurants by the harbor, people enjoying the golden hour, and the pristine white sand dunes glowing under the setting sun created a magical atmosphere. The stormy sea added to the drama, with its waves crashing onto the shore and retreating with frothy white foam.

Throughout the session, the family was running, laughing, and savoring their time together, almost as if I were not even there. The final shot was taken at the lifeguard tower, capturing a moment of pure joy and connection.

We said our goodbyes at nearly 10 p.m., and I hurried back to Copenhagen, feeling grateful for the experience.
